Beginner Blacksmith Classes
You’ll learn the economics of blacksmithing, necessary equipment if you would like to start your own shop, and the basic skills for your first creations. Men, women and children (12 and up) are all welcome to experience a day as a blacksmith. Doug and his family will ensure that your experience is enjoyable, safe and educational.
We ask that all students are 12 years and older. This class is not limited to males, in fact, we encourage females to consider taking this class as Blacksmithing is all about control instead of strength.
